Need a service/repair manual and parts manual for my Timberjack and having ZERO luck. Hoping one of you can point me in the right direction.

I have tried John Deere (both online and spoken to a 'reference librarian' on the phone) but they don't have the manuals for my model - said they'd get back to me if they could find anything. Not holding my breath.
Same results with every online reference site I can find. I've been keeping the old girl going for almost a decade now, but she has put her foot down (so to speak) and is now refusing to move.well, forward anyway! Not a fun experience getting out of the woods in reverse! So here's hoping and praying one of you can throw me a life preserver - Thanks!
